LES MOTELS are a Psych/Fuzz Rock band from Treviso in North East Italy.

Four musicians with different backgrounds driven by the same obsession: writing oblique songs built on relentless grooves, grinding guitars, shifting dynamics and melodies that emerge through noise.

Songs start existing once they stop mimicking their influences. This is when you start finding your own voice: a distinctive sound, shaped by contrast, intensity and the conviction that each single note carries his own weight.

In the studio we favor live takes for they capture the dialog between the musicians and their instruments. What you hear on our records is exactly what you get on stage: same approach, same tension, same kick.

The energy is no longer in the sole hands of the band: it starts bouncing between the stage and the audience.

A record is only a promise. The stage is where the promise must be kept.
